On one occasion St. Mechtilde asked the Lord Jesus: “What is the use of a book containing her revelations?” The Savior said to her,
All who seek me with faithful hearts will find joy in it, those who love me will be more kindled in my love, and those who are sad will find comfort in it.”

The Creation of the First Humans

Venerable Mary of Jesus describes the creation of humans in her apparitions:
On the sixth day of creation, God formed and created Adam as a male at the age of 33; it was the human age in which Jesus Christ was to die. Adam was created in such a likeness to the Most Holy Humanity of Christ that in his body he was scarcely different from Him, and in soul he was very much like Christ.
Out of Adam God created Eve, and this in such a likeness to the Most Holy Virgin Love that she looked the same as she in all her features and in her whole figure.
With the greatest delight and kindness God looked upon these two images of the prototypes which He had at one time resolved to create, and for their sake He granted them many graces, because He desired to rejoice in them and in their descendants.
