Flower of Devotion

The Lord said to St. Bridget:
“I am without beginning and without end, and all things have been created by my power and ordered by my wisdom. I govern everything, including My judgment, nothing is impossible for Me, and indeed, all works are ordered with love.
I am the Creator of all spirits, good and bad. And I am the King and guide of all spirits, as well as of all living beings and things that are and have life, as well as those that are and have no life, I am the Creator. Everything that is in Heaven and on earth – I have made, by My power and strength. And all that is, that was, and all that will be, I foresaw all these things, for not the smallest worm and the smallest grain were made without me, nor can they exist without me, nor is there anything so small that can be hidden from my eyes and from my providence, for everything is of me, and I know and remember everything.”
