Flower of Devotion

I am the Queen and Mother of Mercy. My Son, the Creator of all things, is so sweet for Me that He has given Me an understanding of all that has been created. That is why I am like a flower from which the bee primarily sucks its sweetness. And although it sucks a lot out of it, it still has a lot of sweetness in it. In the same way, I can bestow graces on all people, and yet I keep them to Myself in abundance.
And My worshippers are like bees if they worship Me with all devotion. They have two legs like bees, namely, a constant desire to spread My honour, and secondly, they work diligently to spread it, doing as much as they can. They also have two wings, because they consider themselves unworthy to praise Me and are obedient in all that pertains to My honor. They also have a sting and die when they lose it. In the same way, the friends of God bear the sorrows of the world, which God does not take away from them before the end of their lives, in order to preserve them in virtue; I, who have an abundance of consolation, will comfort them.
