Flower of Devotion

According to the apparitions of St. Bridget:
My dearest Mother! Your works are sweet to Me,
because they come from Your soul. You are like a bright dawn rising
. Thou hast shone above all the heavens! Your
light and your brightness surpass all the angels!
By Your brightness You have drawn to Yourself the true Sun, i.e., My Divinity. And so strongly that the sun of My divinity
entered you and you were warmed by His warmth by My love. By His splendour you have been more enlightened by My wisdom than
others. The darkness of the earth has been driven out by you
, and all the heavens have been enlightened. By virtue
of My truthfulness, I assure you that Your purity, which pleased Me
more than the purity of the angels, drew
My divinity to You, so that You were inflamed with the ardor of
the spirit. By Thy purity the true
God and the true man were enclosed in Thy life, whereby man was enlightened and the whole world rejoiced. Therefore, through your blessed Son, be
you blessed!
Therefore, there will not be Your request to Me that is not to be answered. And through you, grace will be given to all those who, in their desire to improve, will ask for mercy. For as warmth comes forth from the sun, so will all mercy be bestowed through you. You are like an abundant spring from which mercy flows to the poor!”
