On one occasion St. Mechtilde asked the Lord Jesus: “What is the use of a book containing her revelations?” The Savior said to her,
All who seek me with faithful hearts will find joy in it, those who love me will be more kindled in my love, and those who are sad will find comfort in it.”

The prayer that St. Bridget was taught by the Virgin Love, in praise of God for the graces granted to the Blessed Virgin Love

Once the Blessed Virgin Love said to St. Bridget:

I am the Queen of Heaven. You are anxious and concerned about how to praise Me; be convinced, therefore, that every praise of My Son is also My praise. Whoever insults Him insults Me also, because I loved Him so dearly, and He loved Me that we were both one heart, as it were. And My Son honored Me, who was a vessel of the earth, so much so that He exalted Me above the angels. Praise me, therefore, thus:
Praised be God, Creator of all things, who did not shrink from descending into the life of the Virgin Love. Praise be God, who wished to be with the Virgin Love without any nuisance and considered her worthy to take from her your immaculate body without sin. Praise be to you, God, who came to the Virgin, and to the joy of her soul and of all her members, you came out of her without sin. Praise be to you, O God, who after Thy Ascension into Heaven gladdened Thy Blessed Virgin with pure consolations, and consoling her by Thyself, Thou didst visit her. Praise be to you, O God, that you took into heaven the body and soul of the Virgin Love, your Mother, and above all the angels you seated her in the fullness of glory beside your divinity. Have mercy on Me for Her requests! Amen.
