Flower of Devotion

O sweet Mary! Blessed be an eternal blessing, for you are a virgin before the birth of your Divine Son, a virgin after his birth, a virgin with the Bridegroom, and even an undoubted Virgin when the Bridegroom ascended. Therefore you are blessed because you are the Mother and the Virgin, because you yourself are the most precious to God, because you are the purest before all the angels, because you are the strongest with the apostles in faith, because you yourself have suffered the hardest trials in the sufferings of your heart, because you shine brightest before your confessors in self-mortification, because you are the most wonderful before all virgins in modesty and purity. Therefore, may all that is on earth and in heaven bless you, for God, the Creator, became man through you. Through you righteous finds grace, the sinner forgiveness, the dead finds life, the exiler finds returning to his homeland.
