Flower of Devotion

The Blessed Mother said to the venerable Mary of Jesus:
“The faithful should respect the councils of the holy Church and the ecclesiastical assemblies in general, with all their resolutions and ordinances. For the Holy Ghost is present in the councils of the church, and in the meetings and assemblies held in the name of the Lord, the Lord Jesus Himself participates, according to the promise. Therefore, every Catholic must obey their resolutions and resolutions. And although it is not possible to know so much from the visible signs of the presence of the Holy Spirit in the Councils, yet He does not cease to direct them invisibly. Signs and wonders are no longer so much needed today as they were in the early days of the Church; and as long as they are necessary, the Lord God does not neglect to do them even today.
